Unplugged: Annual Youth Conference 🎧
Disconnecting from the Screen, Reconnecting to the Deen
This year’s youth conference tackled the impact of social media overload — from doom-scrolling and digital burnout to how constant distraction affects our focus, faith, and future. Through honest talks and open discussions, the evening encouraged young Muslims to reflect on their online habits and rediscover balance.
It was a night filled with laughter, insight, and heartfelt reminders — leaving everyone inspired to unplug from the noise and reconnect with what truly matters: their purpose, their deen, and their Creator.

The Sword of Allah
The story of Khalid ibn al-Walid (RA) came alive as attendees explored the courage, leadership, and unwavering faith that defined one of Islam’s greatest warriors. His journey from opposition to Islam to becoming one of its strongest defenders left everyone in awe.
It was a powerful reminder that true strength lies not just in battle, but in submission to Allah — and that every heart has the potential for transformation through faith and purpose.

Sisters came together for a soothing afternoon of faith, creativity, and connection, reflecting on the peace found in Dhikr and Du‘a. They enjoyed a relaxing hands-on activity making scented wax melts, a reminder to fill their homes — and hearts — with remembrance.
The session left hearts lighter, friendships stronger, and a shared sense of serenity — a reminder that true calm begins when the heart turns to its Creator.
Paintball Fundraiser
Adrenaline, Teamwork, and a Cause!
Brothers came together for an action-packed day of paintball, filled with laughter, strategy, and friendly rivalry. Each game brought excitement and teamwork, all while supporting the new Ad-Duha building project. The day was full of energy and memorable moments for everyone involved.

Unlock the hidden mysteries and deepen your understanding of the unseen world.
Attendees delved into the mysteries of the unseen, exploring topics like the Evil Eye, black magic, and jinn with guidance from Mufti Ismail Ibn Nazir Satia. The session combined learning with reflection, helping everyone understand these concepts from both Islamic teachings and practical perspectives.
It was a thought-provoking reminder that the unseen shapes our lives in ways we may not always notice. The event encouraged awareness, spiritual mindfulness, and reliance on Allah in every situation.

Level Up Your Imaan
This month, the girls explored what it truly means to level up in faith — learning how small, consistent steps can lead to lasting spiritual growth. The session blended reflection with creativity and laughter, making learning both fun and meaningful.
Through team games, uplifting reminders, and heartwarming discussions, the girls left with renewed energy, stronger bonds of sisterhood, and a deeper motivation to keep levelling up!
📃 Homeschool – Animals in the Qur’an
Explore, create, and connect with the wonders of Allah’s creation.
Young homeschoolers enjoyed a fun and educational morning discovering the animals mentioned in the Qur’an. Through engaging stories and hands-on activities, they learned about each creature’s significance and even made posters inspired by the animals they studied.
The session was a joyful reminder that learning about faith can be interactive and creative. Children left with new knowledge, memorable experiences, and a deeper connection to the lessons in the Qur’an.

Revert sisters came together for a welcoming session focused on the theme of The Hijab Edit, sharing experiences, guidance, and encouragement in a safe space. Discover, reflect, and connect over shared learning.
Brothers, sisters, and children came together for the monthly Chai + Chat, exploring the theme Masaajid around the World. The session included an engaging Kahoot, which had everyone laughing and learning about masaajids from different countries, while fostering conversation and connection.

Learn, prepare, and feel confident in caring for little ones.
Mums came together for a practical and interactive session, covering essential skills like CPR, choking, nosebleeds, cuts, and asthma. Participants had the chance to practice techniques and ask questions in a supportive, hands-on environment.
The workshop was a reminder that knowledge and preparedness empower parents and caregivers. Everyone left feeling more confident, equipped, and connected with fellow mums in the community.

Find Sakeenah, peace, and calm in your heart.
Sisters gathered each week to explore the theme In Search of Sakeenah, discussing topics like finding peace in Dhikr, rest in Salah, and cultivating a legacy of calm at home. Each session offered heartfelt conversations, reflection, and gentle guidance in a warm, welcoming space.

Learn, reflect, and take action for your health.
Brothers and sisters attended informative sessions on the importance of early detection and healthy practices to prevent and manage cancer. Separate talks ensured everyone could engage comfortably, ask questions, and gain practical knowledge to support themselves and their loved ones.
