Last updated: September 01, 2025

This policy aims to balance the needs of parents with young children and the learning environment for all students. Parents are requested to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a respectful and productive atmosphere.

Policy Details:

General Guidelines

  • There is no open invitation for parents to bring babies and young children, as the environment is not specifically equipped to accommodate them.
  • Parents are encouraged to make alternative childcare arrangements whenever possible.

Courses (e.g. Arabic, Tajweed, Sanatayn etc.)

  • Babies and young children are not permitted during formal courses as their presence can distract other students and affect the learning environment.

Homeschool Club / Coffee Morning/ Workshops/ Book Club

  • Babies and young children are welcome to attend these informal sessions, provided they are supervised by their parent / guardian and are kept in the children’s section. Please note, mothers with children must stay in the children’s section.
  • Parents should be mindful of disruptions and try to minimize any disturbance to other attendees.
  • During half-term holidays, children may become disruptive as more parents bring them along due to the school break, hence extra caution is advised
